[Abstract] “Invention takes place through a rearrangement of structures that does not occur by chance. The resulting technical object is an intermediary between the world and human beings that appears as the solution to a problem, constituting not only a simple transfer of physical forces, but a material fixation or crystallization of an effective gesture or procedure. In this way, every technical object is defined by a type of internal coherence in which there is a reciprocity of causal actions and of information exchange, with invention being an ontogenetic potency since it brings about an unprecedented independent being. Philosophical thought must integrate technical reality into culture, founding a technology understood as the study of technique that must perform a regulatory function between man and the world of technical objects. In this context, the technologist makes it possible to explain the true regulatory character of these human-technical relations, reintroducing into culture the awareness of the nature of machines, of their mutual relations and their relations with human beings, and of the values implied in these relations so that this awareness functions as an adequate mediator of social relations.“
